Basic Job Training - Door Supervisors

This course is part of the popular and ever expanding range of entry level training and qualifications for specific roles within the security industry and is designed to assist companies in the provision of basic job training that meets part one of the SIA requirements for licensing (part two covers Communication and Conflict Management).

Who should Attend?

The BJT is appropriate to new entrants to the industry; people transferring from other security functions, as well as existing door supervisors who need a qualification in order to apply for an SIA license.

Civil And Criminal Law
Recording Incidents
Arrest
Emergency Procedures
Licensing Law

Assessment

Candidates will be required to pass a multi choice examination paper that covers all of the subject areas listed above.

Qualification

Successful candidates will achieve unit one of the NOCN Award in Door Supervision - Roles And Responsibilities of Door Supervisors. The full Qualification will be awarded upon successful completion of Unit one and two - Communication and Conflict Management.
