NWSG & SSTS Conflict Management Training course is tailored to the specific needs of the delegates, and covers a range of skills that can improve safety for staff and lead to better customer care and satisfaction. Frontline staff learn how to better assess the situation for signs of danger and how to defuse potential incidents. Managers are guided through establishing safer policies and working practices that will minimise risks to staff and give them maximum support.
